We treat your details with the same care we give every infusion. We never sell, rent or trade your personal information, consultation notes or feedback.

2. What we collect and why

• Orders: name, phone, email and delivery parish or depot, used only to prepare, deliver and track your order.
• Masterclasses and consultations: intake details are kept private between you and the facilitator to personalise your session.
• Testers: feedback shared through the Tester Portal is reviewed internally to refine our blends.

3. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and browser storage needed for the site to work, such as saving your conversation codes and keeping secure sign in. We do not use advertising trackers.

4. Your privacy choices

We contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email only about your orders, sessions or care.

You may ask us at any time to:

• send you a copy of the details we hold about you;
• remove your contact details once your order and records are complete;
• stop follow up and announcement messages.
