Terms & Conditions
1. The atelier
Fab’Riella Aurelle is a business registered in Jamaica under the Registration of Business Names Act. Our botanical studio operates online from Westmoreland, Jamaica. All offerings, masterclasses and small batch infusions are created under the direction of founder Fabriella S. Wynter.
2. Cosmetic use only
Hibiscus Bloom Botanical Oil is a botanical oil for face, body and external intimate care. It is for external use only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any medical condition.
Please patch test on a small area, such as the inner forearm, for 24 to 48 hours before full use. If redness, irritation or discomfort develops, stop using it and seek professional advice.
Never warm or heat the oil. Store it sealed in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and steam. Best Before is 24 months from bottling while sealed, and 12 months after opening.
3. Orders and bank transfers
Orders are placed through our website and prices are shown in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) with United States Dollar (USD) equivalents. We do not take card payments online. Payment is made by bank transfer, and our bank details with your order reference appear only after your order is placed.
Your order is prepared once your payment reference or proof of payment has been verified.
4. Dispatch and collection
Orders are dispatched from Westmoreland in our weekly dispatch windows. Islandwide orders travel by Knutsford Express to the depot you choose. Please collect your parcel promptly and bring a valid government issued photo ID matching the recipient name given with your order. Local Westmoreland handovers are arranged individually once your order is ready.
5. Hygiene and returns
Because botanical oils are personal care products, we cannot accept returns or give refunds on opened, unsealed or handled bottles. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of collection with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
6. Masterclasses, private rituals and corporate sessions
Booking and guest count. Private and corporate masterclass requests should be submitted at least 14 days in advance. The final attendee count must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the session date. Because attendee kits and botanical supplies are prepared for each guest, a reduction in guest count within 7 days of the date does not reduce the confirmed booking total.
Local area. Sessions within Westmoreland and Negril include standard local travel in the quoted rate. If special client requirements arise, such as multiple day itineraries, early morning rituals or late evening sessions requiring an overnight stay, accommodation costs will be quoted and agreed in advance.
Other parishes. For sessions held in other parishes of Jamaica, travel costs, highway tolls and accommodation, where needed, will be itemised and agreed before the booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling and travel commitments. One rescheduling request is accepted without penalty when at least 7 days written notice is given. Any pre-booked travel or accommodation expenses incurred for the confirmed booking become non-refundable if the client cancels or reschedules the session within 7 days of the date.
Weather and safety. In the event of severe weather warnings, tropical storms or unsafe road conditions, the session will be rescheduled by mutual agreement to the next suitable date without penalty.
Venue readiness. For on location sessions, the client or host venue is responsible for providing a clean, quiet and well ventilated space with suitable table surfaces, seating for each guest and access to clean water.
